We used Elektriple for the first time to install four security cameras.

The entire process, from the initial estimate to the day of the work, was handled via LINE, making it very smooth.

Although we requested their services from a location outside their usual service area (Tokyo), they came to our location for a reasonable travel fee.

In this day and age, with news reports on TV about unscrupulous companies, I was hesitant about who to entrust this work to.

However, Elektriple provided a detailed breakdown of costs for each task in their estimate, and the work on the day of the installation, from selecting the piping route and adding power supplies to speed, quality, final adjustments, and payment, was carried out with great care. I truly felt that I made the right choice in hiring them.

I would definitely use their services again if needed, and I would recommend them to my friends and acquaintances! Thank you very much.

I recently requested the installation of two air conditioners.

Thank you for working in the heat.

Knowing that you're a father of triplets gave me peace of mind, and although I requested the work outside of my husband's days off, you were very polite and courteous, and I felt confident entrusting the job to you.

This was my first time requesting electrical work from someone other than an electrician, and I requested quotes from several companies, but I'm grateful that there were no unclear items in the quote, and that you installed them at such a reasonable price.

If I need anything else in the future, I would definitely like to request your services again.

As I'm a father of triplets, my husband was away and I had the work done in my own time, but I was able to leave it to them with peace of mind! I'd definitely ask them to do it again if I need any additional work done♩

We asked them to install four air conditioners in our newly built house.
They were extremely thorough, from confirming the installation location to suggesting how to use them.
My family hates bugs, so they used a thick layer of putty to fill the holes, and even the finishing covers were applied beautifully, so we are very satisfied.

I requested air conditioner installation in my newly built house this spring.

I really appreciated being able to communicate via LINE!

As the father of triplets, I requested their services partly as a way of showing support as a fellow parent of multiples.

Even putting that aside, I was very satisfied with the careful and thorough work, and the air conditioner has been working perfectly even in this intense heatwave.

Thank you very much!

The work was done very carefully and exactly as quoted beforehand.

I'm also grateful that they included a part to prevent insects from entering the drain hose, even though I didn't ask for it.

I would definitely use their services again if I need air conditioner installation in the future.

Due to a malfunction in the electrical outlet, the breaker connected to the refrigerator tripped, which caused me a lot of trouble.
It was 7:30pm, so I tried calling several places, but they either couldn't get through or said they would not respond until tomorrow. That's right, I thought to myself, but since it's a refrigerator, I can't give up easily, so here's the last one! ! So I called them and they were happy to come over.

Even though it was late, they didn't look bad and were polite, but when I asked them to look at two more defective areas, they replaced them as well, which was really helpful.
Also, if you have any electrical-related issues, be sure to call us! ! That's what I thought from the bottom of my heart.
thank you very much.
Five stars is not enough.

Due to a faulty outlet, the circuit breaker to which my refrigerator is connected tripped, causing me a lot of trouble.

Despite the late hour, they didn't make a fuss, and although I felt a bit rude, they looked at two more malfunctioning parts and agreed to replace them as well, which was a huge help.
